Services: Digital Vyapar Mitra provides software solutions to vendors for business management. The software includes features such as billing, inventory management, stock management, and customer relation management.
Web Page Setup: A web page will be created for each User, connected to the Digital Vyapar Mitra application. The User can use this web page for online presentations, creating catalogs, connecting with customers, and showcasing their store online.
Skills and Training Program: User will have access to skills and training programs through online courses. These programs are designed to help User expand and improve their businesses.
E-commerce Integration: User can manage their products on various e-commerce websites, both national and international. Support, including a manager, will be provided to help User expand their business.
Referral Program: User can participate in the referral program to earn additional income by selling Digital Vyapar Mitra products. If User refer any product or service, and a purchase is made through the referral, commissions will be given. Software commissions will be credited within 3 to 7 days, while commissions for other products and services will be paid within 10 to 15 days.
Community Chat Box: A community chat box will be created for traders to stay in touch, facilitating buying and selling.
Credit Limit and Funding Program: User can apply for funds based on eligibility through the credit limit and funding program.
Software Cost: The software packages are priced as follows: Platinum (1 year), Gold (6 months), and Silver (3 months). The cost for each package is exclusive of 18% GST.
Payment Terms: Payment for software packages must be made in advance. GST will be charged separately.
Refund Policy: Software packages are non-refundable once purchased. In case of any issues, User can contact customer support for assistance.
